Current Volunteer Opportunities

1. Language Mentor

Help refugees and immigrant youth improve their English or French language skills through one-on-one or small group sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct language lessons tailored to participants’ needs.
  •  Provide encouragement and constructive feedback.
  • Assist with language-related activities and materials.

2. Workshop Facilitator

Lead educational workshops on critical topics such as health, education, and cultural integration.
Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and informative workshops
  • Collaborate with refugee support networks
  • Help participants differentiate between accurate information and misinformation

3. Community Engagement Volunteer

Support our community events and programs, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Engage with participants and gather feedback
  • Help promote cultural pride and connection

Attend an Orientation: Once selected, you will be invited to attend a volunteer orientation session. This will provide you with valuable information about our programs, values, and expectations.
